We do not charge any edition fee, we think it is our duty to supply clients with a satisfactory design.

5. How to send order to you?
You can send your graphic or image files with the following information (a. size; b. fabric, c. location--where it is to be sewn on; d. colour ) to us

Of course, if you have any special requires, such as, Stitches Type, Number of Stitches, Number of Colors, More Changes on your artwork file, etc, you can tell us what you need in the email.

6.What type of image can I send for digitizing?
The designs images can be sent as VECTOR images like Corel Draw (CDR) or Adobe (EPS) which are best, you can also send JPEG, WMF, EMF, BMP, GIF, TIF, AI, *.fh*(free hand format). The images should be clear and bold with colors well marked and in good condition to process with digitizing. Clear artwork will allow us to give a precision to the design. Therefore, we prefer that the size of image should be big enough to show detail.

7. How do I get my finished embroidery design?
We will send the finshed embroidery design to you by email.

8. What format do you offer?
We can provide most formats, such as .EDD, .DST, .DSB, .DSZ, .EXP, .CND, .PAT, .SAS, .PLS, .DP, .DAT, .CAP, .KSM, .SEW, .JEF, .HUS, .PES, ESL, .XXX, .PCQ, .CSB, .EMT, etc.
9.How do I pay for my designs?
You can make payment by Paypal, or you can send us an e-mail to ask for our bank information for payment. We also accept Visa card,Master card, E-check, and Wire transfer etc.

10. What digitizing software do you use?
We own Tajima, Wilcom, Rainbow and Richpeace digitizing softwares.

11.How long does it take to design?
A design will usually be completed and sent back to you within 8-24 hours after it is received.
